To save on utility bills and service calls, we urge you to take a preventive approach to heating and cooling. All of your heating and cooling systems should be included in a regular inspection and maintenance program.

What does our Maintenance Agreement include?

• Regularly scheduled maintenance
• Free labor on regular maintenance
• Standard maintenance parts replaced free of charge
• Priority service
• Air filters cleaned or replaced.
• Check operating and safety controls.
• Oiling and lubrication.
• Minor adjustments of belts and pulleys.
• Inspection of the equipment with a report of any services, repairs or replacements needed.
• This plan includes one pre-season cooling service and one pre-season heating service.
• Intermediate filter, lubrication, and inspection service will also be provided.
